You may return an item for a refund of the merchandise total within 45 days of delivery; all you need to do is ship the item back to us. Your credit card will be refunded within 1-3 business day(s), once the item is received and inspected. If you return your order using the prepaid method, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
There are two way to return an item:

2. Or, please email us at email@example.com and a customer service representative will assist you in the process.
Please note, the product needs to be returned in the same condition it was received. If there are missing parts to the system, the refund will be denied.
What if My Order Arrives Damaged?
We strive to package our products well so they arrive to your home safe and secure. If your order does arrive damaged or with parts missing, please notify us within 30 days. We're happy to send you replacement parts as soon as possible.
